Racine County Public Health Division Community Health Improvement Plan
Local health departments are required to develop a community health improvement plan (CHIP), as specified under Wis. Stats. 250.03 (1) (l).
The goal of this plan is to take information gathered in the Community Health Assessment 2022, together with input from our community members, the Board of Health, and governmental, business and community agency stakeholders, and translate it into a meaningful roadmap to improve our community’s health together.
